Features

These state of the art Packaged Sewage Treatment Plants are designed based on proven MBBR and MBR technologies respectively in an optimized compact design.

Capital cost is lower in comparison to conventional RCC Sewage Treatment Plants for Small and Mid Range Packaged Plants.

Only maintenance required is Monthly removal of plastics and desludging every six months. Operators are not required for Small and Mid Range Packaged Plants.

These Packaged Sewage Treatment Plants are designed to meet all parameters laid down by the MoEF & CC Standards

This Packaged Plant does not emit any smell except during maintenance. Sound is lower than 50db, similar to that of a mobile phone vibration.

The FRP tanks used are manufactured using state of the art machinery and are individually pre-tested to make it leak proof.

  • Screening and Sedimentation Chamber collects the sewage and separates solid wastes / plastics from sewage. Sludge with higher density will settle at the bottom.
    Sewage then flows into anaerobic media chamber from screening and sedimentation chamber. Organic material which is decomposed by anaerobic microorganism alsonitrite and nitrate contained in the circulated water are converted into N2 gas by denitrification microorganisms.
    After anaerobic process partially treated sewage flows into the Aerobic Treatment Tank which is filled with MBBR media. Organic material contained waste water is decomposed by aerobic microorganism and converted to other materials such as carbon dioxide, water, and ammonia.
    This chamber has the function of settling sludge which is resulted by biological processes in the earlier chamber. Settled sludge will be transferred to the first chamber through a re-circulation line. The same air pump is used for this purpose.
    The treated water is disinfected when it comes in contact with the disinfectant chamber.
    The treated sewage is collected in the filter feed tank which can be pumped into filters for further treatment.
